We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your coating to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your coating and packaging must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rr-print.dk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: RR PRINT A/S, Baldershøj 26a, DK-2635 Ishøj, Denmark. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept shipment costs for returns.

We will credit the full amount minus 15% handling fee on all returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is damaged or if you receive a wrong coating, so that we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of coatings cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special produced coatings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific coating.

Credit note: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return coating, and let you know if is was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a credit note minus 15% handling fee within 10 business days.
